HP SSD S650 2.2" 1920GB
Purchased on Amazon, 3 year warranty, died after just one year.
No support found on site, serial number and part number do not come up.
Chat agent gave me an 800 phone number [content edited] Phone system was a nightmare since it just wanted serial number it won't take.
Finally got a live person in India, they gave me a phone number to the "SSD department" that doesn't work. [content removed]
WHY WON'T HP SUPPORT THIER OWN PRODUCTS OR EVEN ADMIT THEY EXIST?!?!?
Contacting Better Business Bureau.

Hi @ReyAlvarado ,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems that the issue needs a hardware repair.
Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.
They can help you with the unit repair or part replacement.
I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out as it requires advance support or repair.
1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.
Have a great day!

This page doesn't work for the serial number either.
I have escalated the issue to the BBB, and an HP rep called me to investigate. They called me the next day and I was told SSDs are not handled on this site and to to try this HP Partner -
https://www.multipointe.com/
And was given 2 phone numbers for them - 1 8 4 4 5 1 7 8 2 9 5 (Which no one answered the first time I called).
And a direct number to a Florida office - 1 3 0 5 4 5 6 3 2 8 8.
Why HP does not have this information on their site is inexcusable. Please take steps to see that warranty support information for SSD it is included to help your customers. ( I see that it was deleted from my previous post)
I will reply as to if any of these solutions work.
