How is it that you have no updated drivers or bios for this system? Whenever I go to the support page, it get the message below. I've worked in IT supporting Windows servers and desktops for over 20 years, and never have I seen a system that didn't have updates for firmware, or chipset or other things. This makes me think that the support page for the TE02-000i is out of date. I don't believe this system is so solid that it never needs the occasional update.
Is the message I get below, expected from your support page for that product?

I don't see that HP has any drivers for that general product number, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to use the W11 drivers and software from the base model which should work for any TE02-0000i model.

BTW, I am not happy with the way HP now identifies their desktop and notebook PC's.
The product number 3Y3Q8AV covers a wide range of specific model number of TE02-0000i PC's as you can see from the parts list below when you enter that product number.
So, who knows what model PC you actually have.
Plus, in the heading, it gives a specific model number of a refurbished PC
The 'R' at the end of the product number = Refurbished.
You may want to enter the serial number of the PC in the parts surfer website and see if it provides additional information.
