When I power on my HP Compaq Pro 6300 Small Factor form computer, It says Non disk error, I have entered the BIOS and tried to move hard drive to the first boot option but the problem there, I also tried to reboot windows with a USB but it says the same thing, Is there anything else I can do beside breaking apart the computer?

That error usually means that something is interfering with the boot loader. The possibility is that there is something in the DVD/CD drive or a card is in the media slot. Check both to verify they are empty and try again.
Or
There may be more than one drive or a floppy disk (on a PC that old) that has interfered with the boot loader.

Usually it would be on the front face. In looking at pictures of that model, it might not have a media card slot since it is a SFF.
In order to get the message about a Non-system disk, the boot loader has been unable to find the correct information to proceed with the boot-up. It is usually because the disk it found does not have the correct boot loader information or is corrupted. Is there another drive or device connected that would/could be causing this?
