Microsoft Windows 11

Hi

My HP PC Model number 319L6AA#ABA crashed and not booting and throws an 3F0 error. I tried recover using the HP Recovery tool downloaded, but it didnt help as it hangs forever while trying to boot from USB Flash drive. Even I tried to re install the Windows 11 using ISO image, it asks for a driver, I tried all the drivers listed for this model but I get bluescreen while loading the drivers. Can you suggest me solution to either reinstall Windows 11 or Recover the old instalation.

Thanks

Yogi

Hi, Yogi:

See if this works:

I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers your PC needs below.

Unzip and copy all of the files in the folder in the attachment to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

If Windows still can't find the drive, uncheck the box to include the compatible driver and try any of the ones listed.

Click Next, and Windows should install.

THanks for the quick reply, I downloaded these files and tried but it fails to recognize the drivers. I get "Error scanning for drivers" when I select the directory containing these driver files. Please let me know how to proceed.

Thanks

Yogi

You're very welcome, Yogi.

Unfortunately, I don't know why the storage drivers I attached didn't work because those are for all PC's with the Intel 11th > 13th gen core processors, and your PC has an Intel 12th gen.

The only other suggestion I can offer, would be to try the files I zipped up and attached below:
