Not switching on

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello guys, my HP Pavilion desktop was suddenly switched off because of power cut and now its not switching on. Any idea how do I restart it. I tried everything e. G. Plugged off, pressed on button for 10 sec., plugged on and again tried to switch on but didn't work

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Does a power cut mean you lost utility power? Do you have an UPS connected to your PC?

 

Power outages and the resultant power surge when power is restored can wreak havoc on the power supply, the MB, and components/peripherals connected to the MB/PC.

 

You probably have hardware damage.

 

Contact HP (this may not be a warranty situation) or have a local PC tech take a look.
