All in one desk computer

I newly bought Pavilion All in One Desk computer. THe wireless charger does not work when I put my phone over it. Do I miss something?

Not all AIO have wireless charging. Some that do need to have it enabled

Go here and put in your serial number and see if that option shows up

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/

Else contact the vendor or hp support to see if you bought that option

check warranty and call for repair info:
