My Num Lock keeps turning off on its own and I don't know how to turn it back on easily?

Hi, if you Google around on this you're going to find people saying a simple registry change will fix your woes, it won't.

To be honest the registry change rarely sticks as NumLock status is usually toggled by applications, especially Outlook for some reason. Anyway, used to drive me nuts to I wrote this little app (NumBlock) on the sofa which works a treat : ) haven't had to touch the NumLock key for months now. Download here http://www.cottontech.com/numblock/index.php and reviewed here which was a nice surprise https://www.thewindowsclub.com/numblock-will-help-enable-disable-control-num-lock-key-in-windows . App uses barely any resources. Recommend ticking both options in Options form (start with windows and display message when NumLock is changed). This way it's always on and you can see when Windows or an Application has tried to hijack your NumLock key 🙂 App is free of course...
