I have Hp Elite desk 800G4 installed Win10 64 , along with our company basic softwares , and i need to take and OS image and save it on External hard desk but I can’t the PC hard desk not showing.

See if Macrium Reflect works for you...That's what I use on my PC's.
https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree
The software will also have you make a bootable USB flash drive or DVD that you boot from to access the system image stored on the portable hard drive.

Yes.
Either use the Home or Business free edition of the above software.
I have even used it on notebook PC's with eMMC drives, and it sees the drive.
You have the option to image a drive, or clone a drive.
I have only used the imaging part of the software.
