Product: T630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

machine supplied with WES7E in March 2019. As that OS will be out of MS extended support before the manufacturers warranty expirs, can an I upgrade to Win 10 IOT ideally at no cost?

All I could find about upgrading your PC is this:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/service/mobile/upgrade-windows-embedded-devices-to...

 

And according to that, you can NOT upgrade to Win10.
