Often my pc is running very slow and booting speed is very slow, sometimes apps crashes and not responding to give you an idea how that it is, even browsers like Microsoft edge and chrome crashes even during simple usage

It could be bad RAM, or a dying disk-drive, or a messed-up copy of Windows.

Have you run the HP Hardware Diagnostics? Results?
