buenas con todos,tengo un problema con mi pantalla la cual esta en blanco total no se nota nada, en soporte técnico al parecer no hay números de contacto para mi pais y quiero restablecerlo a fabrica desde el menu con los botones del monitor pero como no se nota nada no puedo ver las opciones, alguien que me diga el patrón para restablecer a fabrica mi monitor paso a paso para saber que boton presionar y su secuencia, gracias

If you connect the monitor to a different desktop or notebook computer, do you see anything?

 

Can you borrow a monitor from a friend, and connect that monitor, instead of your monitor, to your computer? Do you see anything?

NI BIEN PRENDE SE PONE EN BLANCO TOTAL ESTE O NO ESTE CONECTADO A UN PC  SIN VISUALIZARSE NINGUNA IMAGEN PERO EL SISTEMA SI FUNCIONA YA QUE SE PUEDEN REALIZAR LOS AJUSTES CON LOS BOTONES DE ATRAS PERO SIN LOGRAR VISUALIZAR NADA.

It is time to send the screen away to a Recycle Centre, and purchase a new screen.

 

It is difficult to find any electronics technician who can diagnose and fix the screen. 

The technician will cost $50 to $80 USD per hour, with no guarantee of "success".

Instead, spend that money on a new screen, with a warranty.
