Omen 40L -- Passive cooling upgrade issues --

I buy in France, and in no way can I replace the base cooling system, since it has a basic fan. I bought the PC in Boulanger France, first what is the exact model to upgrade the components?
How to remove the cross fixing that comes behind the plate? is it stuck? Is there no manual that explains how to do it? What types of watercooler systems or passive cooling systems can we use and IS IT COMPATIBLE with the HP fixing system?
Why is it so difficult to upgrade? Why is there no official HP brand service in France that can answer questions?
I think I will NEVER buy ANY HP products again. Very disappointed, it reminds me of Apple, NO possibility of upgrading or hidden and highly hidden methods of how to do it. A real disappointment!
