HP ENVY Laptop - 17t-cg000 CTO

HP.com site where you can sign in to buy a Laptop or just lookup all your placed orders with HP. After reading 3 Laptops I no longer own, I should have a 3 Year Old 15" HP Laptop, Two 17.3" Laptop ENVYs I purchased at the beginning & end of December 2020. 1 CarePack Plan w/Accidental Protection Expired 2019 - 2021 for the 15" & a second CarePack Plan same for 1 of the 2 17" ENVYs still good  When I look up My Orders on my Home PC Everything Shows under "Orders" Except the 17" CarePack Plan despite copies of Invoice & Email it came in 2 Years Later HP still has NO RECORD OF IT ONLINE despite Supports millionth email about them needing two more weeks to put it in proper place Online! ALSO, they don't ALWAYS show up in "Orders" on PC Online. On my Android 12 Phone the same website only mobile version I can't get anything besides Sometimes 1 - 15" Laptop & 1 - 17" ENVY Laptop on the site or any site on a HP Mobile page online! Anyone have any ideas!
