hi
unplug all peripherals
turn off the computer completely, press the on / off button until it turns off
if not possible, although I don't really like it, unplug the plug!
Once off and unplugged, long press the power button!
Reconnect the electrical outlet, keyboard mouse screen only!
Restart
If same result not much hope
