Hi @y3495

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Caps Lock indicator".

To better assist you -

1) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

2) What's the operating system installed on the computer?

While you respond to that, please try these steps -

1) Press the Windows key on the keyboard and select Settings.
2) Click System.
3) Choose Display and click Advanced display settings.
4) Scroll down and select Display adapter properties.
5) Click on Screen configurations tab. In Properties window, make sure Enable on-screen display is checked. Under "Indicator settings for 6) NumLock and CapsLock" section, look for "While the numeric lock or caps lock is ON" section, choose the "Show the indicator for a few seconds" option.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
