When every I try to print something from the internet it will go to OneNote

That's because you have your default printer settings configured to do that.

You can't just select Print; instead, you have to go into the Print dialogue box and manually select your printer and then print.

After that, go into Settings --> Devices --> Printers and Scanners

Select the printer you want to be the default, then click that printer, click Manage, then click Set as default.

After that, anything you print should automatically go to that printer.
