I keep receiving this error code when trying to run the optimization for clearing web browsers? I tried everything possible, including resetting my PC. Screenshot (229).pngScreenshot (151).png

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are getting an error while optimizing your Laptop.

 

You can always run the PC optimizer from the HP support assistant app.

 

If you get any error that is related to browsing history or cache. You can always go the browser directly to clear it.
