I attempted a Factory Restore and now my computer will not boot to the Desktop. Hp Splash Screen, then it loads to "Automatic Repair - Your PC did not start properly." I have tried ALL of the options, I have tested the hardware, I need recovery media. When I follow HP's instructions to buy replacement media, I make it all the way to putting my card information in, then nothing. No order confirmation, no email, it takes me back to the HP Support landing page. I have tried different browsers, I have clear caches, I have tried using a different computer.
How can I order HP recovery media and have it actually get ordered?

Hi:
If the online ordering system isn't working, then you will probably have to call HP customer service and see if you can order the media.
I see that the PC you want to order recovery media for is over 5 years old.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04775730
HP normally only sells recovery media direct to the public for no more than 5 years, so it is possible that is why the link doesn't work anymore.
You have a couple of options.
1. Reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
2. If HP no longer sells the recovery media for the reason I stated above, then this vendor sells recovery media when HP no longer sells it directly.
