Product: pavilion 23 all in one b010

HP tech instructions were to order from support.hp.com a recovery media 16 or 32 GB flash drive in the NTFS Format. I can't find a way to do that at all. Appreciate the help!

Hi,

 

HP recovery media is not available at this HP site (Link) for your PC. Can't explain why you were directed to download HP recovery media when it appears it is not available.

 

You can order HP recovery media @ Computer Surgeons (Link). Please verify the Computer Surgeons (CS) recovery media aligns with your HP product number.

 

A product number mismatch using CS  recovery media and your PC's product number will result in a HP recovery failure.
