I'm attempting to order Windows 10 recovery media from HP's site, and the process seems to be failing when making payment (no order confirmation, no charges to credit card). I have stepped through the process four times on different computers and nothing seems to work. There does not seem to be a way to actually talk to a person, so I thought I would give this a try. Any suggestions?

Hi:

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions for how to order recovery media other than to try and call HP customer support (which may also be a challenge).

However I do have a different idea that may save you the $50 - $60 HP will charge you for ordering recovery media once you get through to them.

According to your PC's support page it is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
