Hello, My PC won't boot after replacing the battery. When I try to boot it, it gives me a LIGHT CODE 5.3 (5 long flashes and 3 short flashes). So I removed the battery, and after booting with the transformer (without the battery), I still get the same LIGHT CODE 5.3 that persists. I haven't found the small CMOS_RTC battery that normally powers the BIOS and the PC clock. I've concluded that there isn't one, and that it's the main battery that's doing the job...??? (Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks???) Do you have any tips you can send me? Because everything seems to be intact... I tested the keyboard combination at startup as suggested by the site: WIND(+)B held down while pressing the power button, but it doesn't work... The 5.3 light code (5 long and 3 short flashes) persists. I removed the RAM, the hard drive, and the battery... The 5.3 light code (5 long and 3 short flashes) persists. The fans spin slowly all the time... AND THE PC SCREEN REMAINS OFF!!! I don't have access to the F11 command at startup, nor to the UEFI. I have a USB containing the backup and diagnostic BIOS created for security reasons, however, the PC won't log in... Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to help me.
