It appears that HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.

That's why you can't find any drivers for it on the HP support site.

We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.

However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the drivers for your PC.

I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.

Just do a search for your HP 20-r118 drivers and include in the search the Driverscollection website name and you should be able to find the drivers HP used to supply.

You will actually get drivers for a 15-r118ne (model sold for use in the Middle East).

That model also has an AMD processor and chipset so the drivers should work on your PC as well.

Regarding the BIOS update (F.39) ...

Here is the official HP info file link to the BIOS update:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71001-71500/sp71487.html

The release notes indicate it is for select HP notebook PC's so I would not use that file.
