Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to HP Support Assistant and began the installation of the HP Updates for my PC. There were 10 of them for my new computer so I selected them for installation. The first nine went right in without a problem. The last one, PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 82F2 took over thirty minutes to install

Hi,

 

Over 30 minutes to install?  Did the update install or not?

 

If the BIOS update did not install then you can download the BIOS 82f2 update from the support server and try to install it manually.

 

 

Your PC is still covered by warranty so if you still are having issues then I suggest that you contact HP Support.
