This could be caused by software issues like outdated drivers or Windows updates, or hardware problems such as faulty RAM or overheating.
To troubleshoot, make sure your Windows and drivers are up to date, check for malware, and run tests for RAM and hard drive in hardware diagnostic tool. You can also check the Event Viewer for error logs that might explain the crashes.
If the issue started recently, consider doing a System Restore to a point before the problem started.
