Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC is power cycling. So you probably have a bad component. But check all cable connections to the MB. Reseat any loose connections. Clean the internals with compressed air or an Air Blaster if you see dirt and grime buildup.
Your PC's specs at this Site show you have:
- One 8GB stick of RAM and two memory sockets.
- Intel 10400 with integrated graphics. The rear MB I/O shield has HDMI and VGA out for integrated graphics.
- Nvidia GT 730 graphics card.
- Probably a Realtek Wireless M.2 card, this is not specified in the specs.
- 512 GB M.2 NVME storage device.
- I think the BakerMS MB has integrated: front I/O and power button. There is nothing you can do with this.
Try the following steps which don't require replacement components. Start the PC after each action item, 1 through 4.
1. Disconnect the PC from AC power.
Remove the Nvidia graphics card. Remove the CR2032 MB battery.
Let the PC sit for a few minutes. Replace the MB battery.
Connect the monitor to rear MB HDMI or VGA as required.
2. Try the 8 GB stick of RAM in each memory slot.
3. Try with zero (0) sticks of RAM to check for a POST "missing memory" error code.
4. Remove the 512 GB M.2 drive. Remove the WIFI card.
Same symptoms after doing all of the above probably means one or more of the following components have failed:
-Power supply
-CPU.
-MB.
You will need replacement parts at this point or you can have a local PC tech find the bad part.
