Dear Lellery,
As a general rule - it is not your computer that controls/determines the "speed" that you can traverse (roam) the internet (world wide web). These factors are determined by:
1. Rating and capacity of your network adapter (LAN), or modem ... and age of the same. Post 2010 - all should be high specification (basic models) ...
2. The capacity, throughput and reliability of your "Service Provider" (Telco) ...
3. The capacity, throughput and reliability of the (government/public) telephonic grid = telephonic lines, cables, towers and materials used there-in (fibre-optic cable has ten to the power twenty six - times more throughput with little/no drop-out - than copper cable-lines, WiFi is generally fifty to a hundred times that - without cable related (redundant data loss of 'electro-static friction' {technical slang/venacular}), or electrolytic induction (lightning/parallel power lines) errors, however with: HTP (high tension power) line interference (electro-magnetic); LBI/RI (Local band Interference/radio interference); PRI (particle radiation interference = Xray machines in hospitals, surgeries, dentists, etc - all transmitting very strong Gama radiation interference); in addition to atmospheric conditions (lightning, humidity, outside temperature).
Ground/pole lines also get impacted by PRI - but far less (than WiFi/RT).
All are impacted by Sunspots.
The age and condition of equipment/components (wire included) are further factors - where older is usually worse/degraded;
and these are just the main/major common considerations. There are lots (more).
Your connection/speeds are determined by these considerations (not your computer).
What can 'slow' your browsing, is the amount of redundant data in your browser cache (clear it), and connectivity settings (in browsers settings/account settings). Read the browser 'help' files/pages about settings - to apply "tweaks" that make it go faster.
It will be either your ISP/Telco (connectivity service - their capacity or if they are having technical issues); or your browser cache/settings.
Have a nice day,
Rick.

In truth -- you can't -- make your PC run faster!
What you CAN do is address WHEN and WHY it is running slowly and see if those can be changed.
But ... you've given us no DETAILS to work with!
If you can launch local apps, like Settings and File Manager, and those respond quickly, then it's not a hardware issue, like a failing drive.
If it only happens when you access Websites, then as @RrichardD indicated, it is almost certainly an ISP issue -- meaning you are getting really LOW connection speeds and/or your ISP is throttling your connection for some reason. And for these issues, you have to get with your ISP -- we can not fix these for you.
