Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc is trying to automatically repair but says it didn’t restart correctly. It says go to advance settings but still doesn’t work. I cant even get to the password screen it automatically try’s to repair.

Hi,

Hold the power button down for 4 seconds until it shuts down completely and count to 5, then push the power button to turn it back on.

Begin immediately pressing the ESC button repeatedly until you see the HP Startup screen.

 

Once you reach the HP  Startup screen navigate to  Troubleshoot/Advanced Options/System Restore

and allow it to restore your computer back to the last known time it was working properly.

 

You'll notice on the HP Startup screen under troubleshooting is Startup Repair, that can be very helpful also.
