HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd1000 (460Q3AV)

I just installed the BIOS update for Intel.  Ever since, my PC runs poorly:  very slow, video playback jumpy and stalls, app load very slow.  I'd like to roll back the BIOS to the previous version if that would solve.  I was very happy with performance prior.

The answer was helpful except one area.  My speakers fade out to very low volume after a few seconds.  I've tried every diagnostic, driver uninstall/re-install, etc. etc. rcommended.  Can you help?  Thanks so much.  (HP never shows a problem with hardware or drive checks.)

Update the audio driver

Use Windows Update to update to the latest audio drivers available for your computer.

In Windows, search for and open Check for updates. Install any available updates.

To learn more about Windows Update, go to HP PCs - Updating drivers using Windows update (Windows 11, 10).

Refer to this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here
