Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi 🙂 My PC was runnung Windows 7 and last year I installed windows 8.1 on my PC, but I dont like it. I want my PC back to Windows 7. Because Windows 7 was preinstalled I dont have a cd or anything to turn my PC back to Windows 7. But I have the productkeycode from Windows 7 on my PC at the back. If I go to the microsoft page, and try to download Windows 7 with the productkeycode, I get a message saying the keycode is a preistalled version , and I need to contact the fabricator of the PC. How can I get my PC back to Windows 7 ? Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Belgium 🙂 Thanks !!

Hello Wendy

You may find this sad.  Windows 7 support ends in January 24, 2020, the world is moving from 32 bit OS going to 64 bit, I may the move to 64 bit OS 4 years ago. You may need to but, the new processor are better made than before. They faster, cooler, which is quite, and more secure. Windows 10 is similar to Windows 7 but, it took me 2 months to get use to. Since the end of 2019 is fast approaching sales will appearing soon, wish you a safe and insane All Hallows Eve.

The only things is you must recycle the old compute and buy a new one. There is a hidden directory on your drive, which I'm not familiar with your computer model. Please ask Old_Geekters for help. Just open a new question by type in the subject window. "Hello Old_Geekters got time for Wendy". Type in your computer Model and ask him how I do a factory recovery. And tell him your problem also. Please make sure you put your personal files that you do not wish to disappear forever. On a backup drive or a 128GB USB drive. Since I do not know the size of your personal files, I chose what is easy to buy but, its two Starbucks White Chocolate lattés here in California. Its OK to mention my name.
