I recently just bought this product and it hasn't been up to a week since I bought this and I have been having a serious issue where when I play a game my PC will suddenly shut off and restart with no warning or error message which is a very annoying problem because I can't use my computer properly. i saw that my BIOS was outdated so i thought that was the problem but i thought wrong because after updating the situation still occurred i also tried turning off "restart when a problem occurs" in system and recovery that did not work either. i tried contacting hp support but that did not work out. im starting to think if this is a hardware problem and if so how do i fix this.

Hi @grvvee
I would do a refund/exchange if your PC is brand new.
Otherwise contact HP Support for warranty assistance.
Troubleshooting hardware is tedious, time consuming, and potentially expensive. You may have to check each component and/or replace components to find the bad part.
I would suggest a power supply, or MB voltage problem, or other component problem in your situation. Could be an entirely different problem. It's anybody's guess?
