Hi there. After a HP firmware update I can’t start my computer. I starts and then I hear 10 long beeps then a short break and then 2 long beeps and 2 short beeps. I have try to take out the battery but I didn’t help and don’t know what else I can do about it 😞

Sounds like you have a faulty BIOS update problem.
Did you install the F.57 BIOS update from HP or the optional HP firmware update 15.57.0.0 offered by Windows Update?
If yes, then you will have to wait for HP to Issue a BIOS update to fix this or see the second link below. Also check all options to recover the BIOS at this site https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04126730
Your PC will not POST. Many other 690 PCs would POST but freeze during operation. I don't know if you can boot to the Hiren's rescue media in your situation. Your MB is a paper weight at this moment if the PC will not POST.

A 2:2 BIOS error code is a corrupted BIOS.
