HP ProDesk 600 G3 Base Model Microtower PC

At the School where I work, there are 150 HP Prodesk 600 G3 MT machines. Recently, a machine has reported an error message about missing information when booting as follows:

Product information not valid. The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

System board (00A) - Feature Byte
System board (00A) - Build ID
System board (00A) - Serial Number
System board (00A) - SKU Number
System board (00A) - System Board CT Number
System board (00A) - Product Name
Press space bar to continue boot or "Y" to enter missing information

- When the machine boots, this line appears "system is booting in manufacturing mode" accompanied by a number 32 and decreases after each boot, until the number decreases to 1, the message as I described appears and the boot process stops.
- I have tried to follow the instructions on the Internet but failed.
- Currently, I only have the following information:
Serial No. and Product No. (I see it on the machine label)
Product Family: 103C_53307F HP Prodesk (I see it in BIOS)
Please help me fix the above error.
Thank you very much - My EMail: dang.nnh@ou.edu.vn

Greetings @DangDHM

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It is my understanding you would have to have HP program the required UEFI OEM information.

AMI has a BIOS programming tool which could do this but you need the missing data.
