I cannot find a Win10 driver for the PCI Serial card having looked and looked and googled and googled. 

 

Can anybody please help direct me to a PCI Serial driver?

 

The hardware ID is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&SUBSYS_304A103C&REV_06

That updated my firmware.  But unfortunately after reboot there is still no PCI Serial Driver found.

You need this driver for that device...

I suggest that you manually install the driver as follows because W10 may have installed an updated Intel Management Engine Interface driver and this driver package installs both devices.

 

Save the above file, but do not run it.

 

Download and install this free file utility.  The 2nd file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.

After you install 7-Zip, right click on the driver file you saved.

 

Have 7-Zip extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp46890).

 

After that is done, go to the device manager, click on the PCI Serial Port needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created.

 

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted....
