If you are unable to sign in to your HP Intel 13 laptop using your PIN, you can reset it by following these steps:
Reset via Microsoft Account:
- Go to the Microsoft Recover your account page.
- Follow the on-screen directions to reset your password or PIN using a different device. This should help you regain access to your Microsoft account.
Using the Lock Screen:
- On the sign-in screen, click on "I forgot my PIN".
- This will guide you through the steps to reset your PIN.
