Product: HP Notebook - 15-af131dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
error message was: "PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable"
"PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE ROM." "No bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key" I ran the system check that you mentioned & everything passed. I tried reinstalling windows 10, which is what my laptop had originally, however, a compatibility report window popped up & says "the upgrade option isn't available." Can you give me any advice on what I can do from here?
