I need a way v to get pass the password that I forgotten on my HP eliteBool laptop. 

It was a windows 7 but it upgraded to 10.

We understand that you’re unable to access your HP EliteBook due to a forgotten password. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with bypassing or removing passwords, as this is part of HP’s security policy.

We kindly request that you visit your nearest HP Authorized Service Center along with the device. The service team will be able to verify the device and help you with the appropriate steps to regain access.
