Right now, it identify needed patches for HP models, I have to run the HP Image assistant on each model, download the Softpacks, and then deploy them to my machines using a 3rd party tool. It sucks. Very time consuming. I used to use the HP Softpaq Manager which is now obsolete. Apparently replaced the decentralized HP Image Assistant. Am I missing something here?

How many machines do you have, and do they have identical motherboards?
If so, you should apply the HP (and Microsoft) updates to a "reference" machine, and then use "disk-cloning" software to copy the image to an external SSD disk-drive, and then use the same software to copy from the external SSD onto each disk-drive.
Use an "external SSD" for fastest-possible disk input/output.
