Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, I have an old Pavilion A1214N that I'm in need of the latest Bios update. I believe it is 3.17. Does anyone know where I can locate these retired machine Bios?

Hello All, I was able to update to V3.17 under windows 10 without any issues.

Hi, Mark:

 

You can get the update you need from this reputable 3rd party website.

 

HP Pavilion a1214n BIOS (driverscollection.com)

 

The only thing is, the BIOS update was written to be run on Windows Vista or XP.

 

Since you are running W10, I don't know what will happen if you run it using an unsupported operating system.

 

It may work fine, or it may wreck your PC.

 

Update the BIOS at your own risk when running an unsupported OS.
