HP Recommended

My pavillion 23-q110 touch is stuck in a loop to fix a bios issue, diagnostics doesnt seem to fix, recommending advanced options and have no idea as to how to proceed as dont want to mess up family machine, please help. Tried re booting and unplugging all devices.
