My pc suddenly turned off a few days ago and now whenever I turn it back on, it shows the hp logo and the loading circle then freezes a second later and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried taking my parts out and putting them back in, taking the motherboard battery out, checking the parts in the diagnostic

Greetings @Ce53

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Very good troubleshooting steps.

Try starting the PC three times and then shut it down before the PC freezes to see if you can get to the Windows Recovery Environment.

The PC probably has a hardware problem if the PC will not load the WinRE. I would say you have a hardware problem since the PC abruptly shut down.

Did you try starting the PC with only components required to get a successful POST? Can you access the BIOS?

Minimum components would be:

- The CPU.

- One stick of factory RAM, one at a time, in each memory slot.

- Try onboard graphics if your CPU and rear MB I/O supports this. Or try a different discrete graphics card.

- The power supply

One of the above components would be in trouble (including the MB) if the PC will still not POST in a minimum configuration.

You would have to replace each component, one at a time, to find the failing component or have a local PC tech take a look if the PC is not in warranty.
