Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My pc two days ago was working perfectly.Last night I tried opening it .I heard the sound that it does while booting but the screen the keyboard and the mouse werent working.I unplugged the power cable but it didnt do anything.

Hello, do you heard the sound of Windows or a BIOS's sound?? You can try to make an hardware reset. For this you need to unplug your AC adapter, and press during 30 seconds Power button with any power. 

 

Or, because it is a new PC, you can contact your seller for ask if an exchange is possible.
