OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

So I did a ICUE update for both the software and the Ram, it asked me to restart the pc. Now my pc will not post/display. No beeps or light codes either. All the lights turn on, all the fans run. But doesn't send any signal to displays so I can't get to bios or anything. If I remove all ram it will do the beep code for that though.

I have tried a few different things I will list them to help cut down some recommendations.
Reseat and re plug all connections and power.  Ram, GPU, CPU, 24 pin
Change out GPU with known working one, change monitors and HDMI dpi cords, they all work with another pc fine.
Change ram, went back to just the stock hyper x, swapped to different Dimm slots. Went down to 1 stick, etc. The ram                     works on another PC just fine.
Cmos reset, both the pins and the battery.

Specs
CPU Ryzen 7 5800
GPU  3060 TI
Ram 2x Hyper x Fury 8gb
added 2x Corsair Vengeance pro 16gb
PSU Cooler master 80plus platinum (hp one that came with it)

Greetings @VoxVenatu

Great troubleshooting!

I'm guessing you previously installed ICUE software on a HP MB and had no problems.

I've never seen an RGB software update sort of bork a MB. RGB firmware is low level stuff that directly talks to the MB's EFI.

But the MB seems to be alive since you get the 3:2 beep code error when no RAM is installed in the MB.

Remove the system drive when using HP components and other known good components. Then start the PC to see if you get a "no boot device" error or the PC might POST to the BIOS screen.

Try each stick of HP memory, one at a time, in each memory slot to check for a good POST

I don't know. Your problem is really weird.

You might have to flash the BIOS using a HP USB BIOS recovery drive. I can't say if this will work.

I was just giving more info, as I saw that some people had complained after doing a icue update that their pcs wouldnt boot. Figured Omen and ICUE could have issues as both are... not great software anymore imo.  When looking for these, I found that corsair has shut down their forums completely. Nice..

But I just tried booting with no drives, and there is still no display, and no beeps.
Does this help identify something?

Thanks for the additional info.

I'm sorry. I'm stumped.

It seems like the MB is functioning but it cannot do a successful POST.

Your PC's symptoms are outside of my experiences when dealing with POST problems.

Maybe a different Forum member can assist.

Maybe a local PC Tech can figure this out.

You could try flashing the BIOS outside of the OS if you are interested.

I can't say if this will help. The BIOS seems to be okay if you get a no RAM error code at startup.

Let me know if you want to flash the BIOS.

What does this involve? And a bad bios could cause the no display issue right? So maybe I need to roll back or update bios somehow?

GT13-1000a is generic to a series of HP PCs.

First, I need a specific HP Model number or product number such as GT-1013nv or something similar to get the right BIOS for your PC's specific MB.

Or you could use your PC's serial number to find the latest BIOS update for your PC's MB Here.

Then you would follow steps at this HP Site to do a HP USB BIOS recovery.

Scroll down to "Recover the BIOS using a USB recovery drive" for details.

Again, I don't know if a BIOS update will fix your PC's problem. You have a really unusual problem.

I'm kind of thinking it is not a good idea to install other vendor's low level firmware on HP MBs.

Well I made the USB recovery flash drive, plugged it in, but that doesn't do anything. Without having a display, what do I do to make it actually use the usb?

No video out using the HP BIOS recovery drive is bad news.

I'm sorry. You will need a local PC Tech.

The PC Tech should be able to flash your PC's BIOS using a Serial ISP Programmer.

The Tech can use the HP BIOS: .bin and .sig files located on the HP BIOS recovery drive you have created.

Oh, I have to add the following thought:

Your PC could have developed some other coincidental hardware problem when you were doing the ICUE update.

Anything is possible.
