So today I turned my pc on for the first time in a week or so, and randomly it froze and I was unable to do anything, so I shut it off via power button. So then after turning it back on it froze again and I powered it off via power button, but this time it wouldn’t turn back on. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in and I can hear my pc booting up and running but, it refuses to turn on at all so now I’m not sure what to do.

Hi
Please provide a specific HP Product number for better assistance.
What did you see on screen when the PC froze?
So the system is running but you have no video output.
I would suggest verifying the monitor works and checking monitor connections for video and power and checking PC connections for video or trying onboard graphics but I don't know what your MB and CPU supports.
Impossible to assist using the information you are providing.

When my PC froze I saw all the tabs I had open and I couldn't move anything.
The system is running but it won't physically turn on, like I hear the stuff running on the inside of the PC but the main Led won't turn on that shows the PC is actually on.
