Product: HP Slimline 270 p033w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I do not have internet.  I used word about 3 times then it blocked me out.  Needs activation.  Called in, got verification #, still will not let me access word or excel.  Tried to use Hotspot from cell phone but claims no support for that

Did you pay Microsoft for the product ? Your machine may only come with pre-installed TRIAL version, its specs

Whichever way, MS Office is a product from Microsoft, please contact Microsoft to get better result.
