HELP PLZ...  YOUR EXPERT OPINION MUCH APPrECIATED!!I

In a nut shell... .

* someone selling a laptop. What I know about laptop is below and forms part of the advertisement which brought me to this HP webpage and a laptop they produced. ...

Advertisement states that near New, hardly used only several times as upgraded.. the PROBLEM HERE is that he cannot remember the login pin to login to the laptop. 

 

as a buyer... how can i bupass this, factory reset or alike to bring it back to its original state. 

 

Plz help and plz soon? Hehe
