Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-df1000i (1W761AV)

I have an outside CD disc player attached to my computer. I tried to play a disc in Media Player and a message stating I can't play the track because it is unsupported. Now the player gave me a message that the app was upgraded. What do I need to do so I can [play the disc?
