@NeedOmenHelp, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Boot into Safe Mode and Remove Display Drivers
Since one monitor works in Safe Mode, this is our safe recovery zone.
Boot into Safe Mode
Uninstall current GPU drivers:
Open Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager).
Expand Display Adapters, right-click on your NVIDIA GPU, and choose Uninstall device.
Check "Delete the driver software for this device" if available, then click Uninstall.
Restart your PC normally. One display might come up using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
Reinstall Official GPU Drivers Cleanly
Download NVIDIA GeForce Experience if not installed.
Let it auto-detect your GPU and download the latest Game Ready Driver.
During installation, choose Custom (Advanced) and check "Perform a clean install."
Fix Sleep Mode Not Working
Update chipset and BIOS:
Go to: Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
Download and install all the latest drivers.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
