Microsoft Windows 11

So I was suppose to be contacted on a certain number which I gave to the tech Twice he repeated it was going to call me to send me a box to send my PC in for warranty work. Friday His System had "issuers" and  he could not but Monday oh yes he was going to reach out to that number calls me on a  totally different number and basically closes out the  ticket so nothing got done. **bleep** wow  so this is what HP has become. Really? word of mouth can make  or break a company and  for this to be excepted. Think its time to  buy the competitors support is  not horrible and not treated with disrespect. Sad  really. Would Love for someone from HP to  reach out but they won't

Hi @Fallen1X,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I’m really sorry this has been your experience. I can hear how frustrating and disappointing this feels, especially when you were clearly told to expect a call and a warranty shipment box, only for the case to be closed without anything actually being done. That’s not the level of service HP aims to provide, and I understand why this has left you feeling disrespected and let down.

I want to help get this back on track rather than let it end this way.

If you’re able to share the HP case number (or reference ID) that was created for this warranty request, we can look into:

  • Why was the call made to the wrong number
  • Why was the case closed without resolution
  • What prevented the box from being dispatched
  • How to get the warranty repair process properly restarted

If you still have it, the case number is usually found in:

  • An HP support email
  • A text message from HP
  • Your HP Support account is under “My cases”

Once we have that, we can review what went wrong and work toward having the correct contact details confirmed and the warranty service re-initiated.

Again, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. Please share the case number when you can, and we’ll do our best to help you get the support you were originally promised.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Hi @Fallen1X,

Thank you for sharing the details. I looked into the case and noticed that the service agent has created a different case number based on your conversation and has already raised a request to get your PC serviced.

At this point, I’d recommend sending the device to the service team. Once they receive it, they will repair the PC and ship it back to you as quickly as possible. This will ensure the issue is properly resolved.

Take care and have an amazing day!
