My computer experienced an automatic Windows 10 update. the update ran for more than 12 hours, and reversed saying that it was removing the attempted update and restoring to its earlier condition. Once it had supposedly returned to its original state, there was a re-boot. The problem is now when I try to run a CD or DVD it does not recognize it as in the past when the disc would automatically run. It is impossible to speak to a live person at Microsoft, and I am terribly frustrated! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
