Hello.

I can't quite solve this problem.

When installing Windows 10, it always turns off and then back on again.

I have tried both 10 and 11 installation windows.

I don't think this is a problem with the motherboard or the hard disk.

The reason is, if I just leave the power on without installing Windows, the power won't turn off.

However, when I install Windows 10 again, the power turns off and turns on again.

I installed Windows 10 via USB.

How can i solve this problem?

Please provides details on when the PC power cycles.

 

Can you complete the Windows installation?

 

The PC will reboot two or three times when installing Windows.
